Identify KM opportunities and challenges within CoE develop and validate KM needs and synchronize and manage the implementation of KM initiatives.Integrate and synchronize Knowledge Management (KM) across the CoE's (Center of Excellence) functions.Collect, assess, and distribute data to appropriate organizations. Encourage rapid dissemination through collaborative action. Promote improved information access, and sharing with capabilities to enable users to make informed decisions efficiently.
